2. Ordering and payments

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change from time to time.

Orders must be paid in full at checkout, and we accept PayPal and credit card payments.

Once your order is placed, we’ll process it as quickly as possible!

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship orders using Australia Post eParcel and third-party couriers. Delivery is subject to their terms and conditions.

Orders of in-stock products are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated shipping times range from 1–7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view pricing by entering your postcode into our shipping calculator.

3.1 Important shipping information

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

If there are any delays or issues with delivery, you will need to contact the courier directly. Arawyn Discovery Press is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels unless Australia Post or the courier confirms in writing that the package has been lost—in which case, we will step in to assist.

We take care in packaging your order, but we cannot be responsible for damage caused during shipping.

A physical delivery address must be provided where someone is available during business hours to receive the package.

Some couriers may require proof of identification upon delivery.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

3.2 Claims for delivery issues

Claims for damage in transit, incorrect deliveries, or missing items must be reported in writing (email or online form) within 3 days of delivery.

Approved returns must be sent back to Arawyn Discovery Press within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims after this period.

4. Consumer rights

Your rights under any product warranty are separate from and in addition to the rights you have under Australian law, including those under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

5. Returns and refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., a mistake on our part or a faulty item), please contact us within the claim period noted above, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

We respect your privacy. Any information you provide is used only for processing orders and staying in touch—we never sell or share your details.

Payments are processed securely, and we do not store credit card information.
